The COSL holds auctions for Tax Delinquent Lands every year.

The tax deed auction for properties in Pulaski County will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018. As of this posting, over 600 parcels are scheduled to be sold during this auction. They range in price from around $200 to $29,000+.


What is a Tax Deed Property?

Every year, the State of Arkansas conducts “Tax Deed” auctions of properties that are delinquent on real estate taxes. When property owners fall behind in paying property taxes on their land in Arkansas, the land (and house, if applicable) will be forfeited to the state and eventually auctioned off, or otherwise sold, to the public.

The Commissioner of State Lands (COSL) is scheduled to hold an auction for tax delinquent properties in Pulaski County, Arkansas on April 10, 2018 at 10:00 am.
