Annual Reporting Requirements for Arkansas Nonprofits

By August 1st of each year, your nonprofit organization must make an annual disclosure to the Arkansas Secretary of State with the following information:

  • The name of your nonprofit corporation;
  • Your nonprofit corporation’s place of incorporation (ie: Arkansas);
  • The name and address of your nonprofit’s registered agent for service of process;
  • Address of your nonprofit corporation’s principal office;
  • Names of your nonprofit corporation’s principal officers; and
  • Names and addresses of your nonprofit corporation’s directors.

If this information is not filed within 60 days after it is due, the Secretary of State may take action to dissolve your nonprofit corporation.  In order to receive the annual reporting form for your nonprofit corporation, you must complete and file an Annual Report – Contact Information with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
